Case Study 1: Wellness Salon
OPERATIONS SUPPORT
As the lead member for this client, I liaised directly with the account manager and other internal team members to help them build their online presence and streamline their processes.
I worked with a team to undertake research into the best client management system to reduce the time they were spending manually inputting data into their current system.
To support this, I also oversaw the design of their new client onboarding form, updated branding and created email templates on Fresha.
I created collateral for Canva, including static graphics and reels. I also wrote captions, researched hashtags and undertook community engagement on Instagram

Case Study 2: Horticulture
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
I developed a 3-month social media strategy for an entrepreneur specialising in creating digital content that encouraged people to live more sustainably by growing fresh food at home.
I approached this project by first undertaking a 3-month audit of her current social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and YouTube.
Using these insights, I created a strategy and content plan that focused on optimising and leveraging the content she already had to increase engagement and build trust with her audience.
This strategy provided her with a framework she could instantly put into place, reducing the time and investment she was spending creating content.
Case Study 3: Coaching
VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE
I worked closely with a wellbeing coach to maintain her online presence by writing blog posts, creating graphics and reels for Instagram, implementing automated email sequences and lead generation forms on MailerLite, designing downloadable lead magnets and undertaking cold outreach to secure guest speaking opportunities on podcasts.
